Yes, it’s truly is!

• How long will it take to receive my Truedat order?

It takes from 2-5 business days for orders to be received in Cairo, once an order confirmation email has been sent to you.
In case of Governments it takes 3 to 7 Business days.

•  Do you ship to The Governments and North Coast(Sahel)?

Yes we offer shipping to governments all year and North Coast(Sahel) during the Summer Season, however there is an additional shipping fee added to all orders.
Other governments take 3-7 Business days.

• What is the exchange fees?

Twice the cost of the shipping fees

•  Can I open my order while the courier waits?

Yes, but you can’t take part of the order, either take it all or return it all.

•  Can you send me 2 sizes to check which one fits me best?
